Marina Isidori is associate professor of General and Applied Hygiene at the Department of Life Sciences, Second University of Naples (SUN). Her research is focused on the environmental toxicology through the evaluation of acute and chronic toxicity on the organisms of different food chains as well as the detection of mutagenesis, genotoxicity and endocrine disruption activity of xenobiotics and their biotic and abiotic derivatives in the environment and food. She has published more than fifty papers on peer reviewed journals (Hirsch-index 17) as well as chapters in scientific books. She has participated in different projects financed in public calls.
